RoleShift is small on purpose, so support is direct: written help that answers most things, a helper on the board, and a person behind the contact page rather than a queue.
Fourteen fact-checked guides cover the big questions: routes into nursing, tech sales and teaching, what adult apprenticeships pay, whether you can afford to retrain, and how to write a career-change CV. Start there; most questions are already answered in depth.
The helper on the apprenticeships page can set the filters for you from a plain sentence and point you at the right guide. It is automated, so check anything important against the advert itself.
Anything the guides do not cover goes through the contact page, and a person reads every message. We aim to reply within two working days; accessibility problems and misleading adverts go to the top of the list.
Founding employers get a direct line to the founder, not a support queue, and every submitted role comes back from review with a decision or a specific reason. The employer side →
RoleShift never sits between you and the employer: applications happen on their site, we hold no CVs, and there is no application tracking here. Straight answers only; anything we cannot help with, we say so and point somewhere better.
