Who should I refer?
A company that hires on potential and is willing to train people changing careers. You cannot refer yourself or your own company. Each employer can have one named referrer, who must be recorded before signup.
When and how often will I be paid?
Rewards start from the employer’s first paid month. Payouts are made monthly in arrears once billing is live, for up to 12 months from that first payment. The full programme terms are confirmed alongside the first payout. RoleShift can withhold payment for referrals that are not genuine.
What happens if the employer cancels?
Referral payments stop in the month they cancel. The example above assumes each referred employer remains on the same paid plan for all 12 months. It is not a guaranteed return.
Can I refer a founding employer?
Yes. Name yourself as the referrer before they sign up. Founding employers have a free first year, so you earn no commission during that period. If they start paying afterwards, your reward period begins from their first payment.
